One of the other ways to relieve stress is decreasing on your workload. If you knew you already have a lot of work piled, learn to say no. If an additional workload is assigned to you, politely decline it and explain your side. You wouldnt want to sacrifice your health just to make a good impression.

You can also relieve stress by spending time with your family after work, so in other words do not take your work home. It wont also hurt if you schedule a vacation once a month or every two months. You have to remember that a hard working man or woman like you also deserve a rest.
